Video Editor and Motion Designer

Location: Hybrid, working out of the hirify.global office in Coral Gables, Miami

hirify.global uses video to communicate product stories, launches, customer experiences, and weekly product updates.

What you will do

• Transform raw footage and approved scripts into polished videos for advertisements, product launches, customer stories, and weekly product recaps.
• Animate UI elements, product workflows, and brand graphics to make complex technology clear and visually engaging.
• Execute precise edits covering narrative pacing, color correction, sound design, and kinetic typography.
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity through consistent visual design, animation styles, and video templates.
• When needed, lead studio and on-camera shoots, including lighting, audio, framing, and direction of speakers and talent.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative stakeholders from concept through final render.

Requirements

• Portfolio or reel demonstrating strong narrative editing, dynamic UI animation, polished transitions, and sound design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, or comparable industry-standard tools.
• Ability to light scenes, frame compositions, and operate cameras, microphones, and teleprompters.
• Ability to translate complex technology features and user interfaces into clear, engaging visual stories.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
