TL;DR
Technical Specialist (LIMS): Deploying, upgrading, and maintaining ProSang laboratory information management environments for blood centres across the Nordics with an accent on Linux and Windows servers, Oracle databases, and customer-facing troubleshooting. Focus on configuring infrastructure, tracing errors, planning upgrades, and ensuring stable healthcare IT systems.
Location: Hybrid 3:2 model in Solna, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, or Oslo; three days in the office and two days working from home each week.

develops specialised healthcare and emergency-services software, including LIMS solutions for blood, cell, and tissue management used by 180 blood centres across five countries.
What you will do
- Set up and configure Linux and Windows servers, including basic database administration and Oracle database setup.
- Install, upgrade, patch, maintain, and troubleshoot ProSang applications and modules.
- Deploy and upgrade customer and internal ProSang environments.
- Work with blood centres across the Nordic region to resolve technical challenges and plan upgrades.
- Manage customer communication, requests, and technical requirements while improving deployment processes and technical solutions.
Requirements
- A couple of years of experience with Windows and Linux server and client environments, or equivalent technical knowledge with a strong willingness to learn.
- Experience installing software on Linux and Windows servers, including Oracle databases.
- Good understanding of server infrastructure and error tracing.
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language.
- Flexibility, ability to handle unplanned tasks, and experience with customer-facing and internal communication.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Oracle database installation, backup, and recovery.
- Experience communicating with customers in IT departments and healthcare organisations.
