Location: Remote, based anywhere in Norway

What you will do
- Maintain managed services and support customers with daily platform operations.
- Manage incidents, analyze customer-reported problems, and resolve issues according to service levels.
- Monitor outstanding incidents and help develop monitoring capabilities for managed-service deployments.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and verify application software in Linux environments.
- Report incident and change progress to customers, managers, project managers, and internal teams.
- Provide feedback to platform engineering and product management on improving platform resilience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian, both verbal and written, is required.
- Experience working in Unix and Linux environments.
- Experience with IP configuration, VPNs, databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL, routing, and security.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, including accurate issue logging and tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure while supporting business-critical systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile telecom networks, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
- Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches, Amazon Web Services, and basic scripting.
- Linux or Cisco certification.
