Motion Designer (Crypto)

hirify.global is a regulated crypto and fiat exchange serving retail traders and institutional clients with trading, custody, liquidity, and payment infrastructure.

What you will do

• Produce motion content across brand and performance campaigns, from short social cuts to longer-form brand films.
• Animate product interfaces, feature releases, event content, and product explainers.
• Take briefs from concept through storyboard, animatic, design, animation, sound, and final delivery.
• Build and maintain the brand’s motion language, including timing, easing, transitions, and type behavior.
• Work with 3D assets and rendered scenes, adapting master assets for paid social, web, app, email, and event screens.
• Collaborate directly with design, copy, product, and performance marketing on live campaigns, using AI generation tools where appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a motion design role, in-house or agency.
• Proven experience creating AI video with tools such as Magnific, Kling, Veo, Sora, or Higgsfield, including prompting, directing, and editing generated footage.
• Expert command of After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
• Working knowledge of Figma and experience taking design files into motion.
• 3D experience with Cinema 4D or Blender and rendering in Redshift, Octane, or Cycles.
• Professional working English, sound design knowledge, and the ability to deliver masters across platform specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Lottie, or Rive for UI and web animation.
• Background in fintech, crypto, trading, or another regulated category.
• Illustration, sketching, and design presentation skills.
