Motion Designer

What you will do

• Apply the established motion language across brand touchpoints while maintaining consistent, high-quality execution.
• Support major campaigns in partnership with the wider creative team.
• Produce social media motion assets at a steady pace.
• Adapt, re-master, and localize animations across formats, placements, and global markets.
• Move deliverables through craft review gates and implement feedback efficiently.
• Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, versioning, and motion system standards.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience with solid animation fundamentals, including timing, easing, weight, and follow-through.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects.
• Solid working knowledge of Cinema 4D and the Redshift render pipeline.
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Strong typography, color, and composition skills for resizes and localizations.
• Organized handoff habits, clean project files, strict versioning, and the ability to iterate quickly based on review feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rive, Cavalry, or Spline.
• Ability to use current LLMs for After Effects expressions and scripts, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
• Strong scene and render optimization practices.
