What you will do

• Create short videos of up to two minutes for paid user acquisition on Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Combine AI-generated footage with motion design to produce polished, conversion-oriented edits.
• Generate and iterate creative ideas with the marketing team to improve message clarity and visual impact.
• Analyze ad performance retrospectively and use insights to refine creative approaches.
• Use AI tools such as Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, and similar tools for video generation, enhancement, and ideation.
• Analyze competitor advertising and social trends while testing new effects, tools, and production workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar video editing or motion design position.
• Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, and pacing.
• Experience using AI tools for image or video generation, voiceover, animation, editing, or production automation.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to communicate marketing messages visually.
• Basic Figma skills, strong attention to detail, self-organization, and time management.

Nice to have

• Experience creating AI-generated micro-dramas with consistent characters and scenes.
• Ability to identify emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals.
• Understanding of creative performance metrics and data-informed iteration.
• Experience creating campaigns for fitness and wellness products.
