Motion Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Create motion and video content for product launches, events, brand campaigns, social media, paid media, web, customer stories, and executive communications.
• Develop visual concepts, storyboards, style frames, animatics, and motion-led narratives from briefs and scripts.
• Animate product interfaces, data, diagrams, typography, logos, illustrations, and transitions to explain complex technology.
• Edit live-action footage and combine it with motion graphics, compositing, captions, music, sound design, color correction, and finishing.
• Build and maintain reusable templates, motion components, project files, documentation, and a scalable video design system.
• Adapt creative for different channels, audiences, markets, languages, formats, resolutions, durations, and accessibility requirements while collaborating with video, marketing, and event stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or video production.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating motion craft, visual storytelling, editing, product UI animation, typography, and digital range.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and strong professional proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of animation principles, composition, typography, timing, pacing, visual hierarchy, sound, editing, compositing, color correction, codecs, frame rates, and export specifications.
• Ability to own projects from concept and storyboards through animation, editing, feedback, finishing, and final delivery, while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining organized files.
• Experience applying AI in video production and using automation or emerging motion tools in professional workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Rive, Cavalry, or another 3D or real-time animation tool.
