What you will do

• Provide expert technical support for infrastructure services and resolve complex issues.
• Implement infrastructure projects and complete assigned technical tasks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate on improving infrastructure efficiency and resolving technical challenges.
• Develop infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.
• Apply infrastructure best practices, standards, and critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience analyzing infrastructure technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Continuous learning and up-to-date industry and technology knowledge.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+.
