Country IT Manager – China (Enterprise IT and Cybersecurity): Owning and developing the China technology environment across business applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, vendors, and user support with an accent on locally compliant solutions and global IT alignment. Focus on establishing ERP and back-office systems, integrating local and global platforms, protecting data under Chinese requirements, and solving complex cross-functional technology challenges.

What you will do
- Own the China IT roadmap, operations, applications, infrastructure, projects, budget, vendors, and service delivery.
- Partner with China leadership and business functions to translate operational needs into technology solutions.
- Establish and support ERP, HR technology, payroll, and other back-office systems.
- Integrate local solutions with global platforms while avoiding unnecessary system duplication.
- Ensure reliable IT services, user support, business continuity, and timely resolution of critical issues.
- Lead technology projects, improve data quality, automate processes, reduce risk, and report performance and investment needs to global stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of broad IT experience, including country, site, or regional IT management.
- Experience in a multinational company and collaboration with global IT teams.
- Strong experience with enterprise applications, HRIS/payroll, IT operations, infrastructure, integrations, data management, cybersecurity, and access controls.
- Experience managing IT projects, vendors, budgets, risks, and service performance.
- Knowledge of China’s technology, cybersecurity, data-privacy, data-localization, and cross-border data requirements.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required. Strong stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication, problem-solving, ownership, and accountability are also expected.
