Senior Principal Frontend Development Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Lead development of core consumer-facing products for H5 and PC platforms.
• Implement interaction designs while ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
• Drive frontend performance optimization across page load speed and runtime performance.
• Design responsive solutions for multiple devices and resolve adaptation and browser compatibility issues.
• Develop complex modules within the Next.js ecosystem, define development standards, and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above and 3+ years of web frontend experience with the React stack.
• Strong HTML5 and CSS3 responsive design skills, including browser rendering and performance optimization.
• Advanced ES6+ knowledge and deep understanding of Next.js principles and core features, including SSR and SSG.
• Ability to build scalable architectures with Next.js and write clean, readable, loosely coupled code.
• Experience with Webpack, CI/CD pipelines, ESLint, Prettier, and related tooling configuration.
• Product thinking and strong cross-team collaboration skills.
