Lead Product Designer (Healthcare)

Location: London, UK; hybrid setup with 3 days a week in the Old Street office. Work from anywhere for 3 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Own a product problem area across connected surfaces from definition through delivery.
• Conduct research, design solutions, write UX content, test outcomes, measure performance, and iterate.
• Improve activation, regulated-intake conversion, retention, and treatment adherence.
• Create trustworthy, accessible experiences suitable for a regulated healthcare market.
• Design across mobile and emerging AI-native interfaces while contributing to the design system.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams and raise design quality through critique and mentorship.

Requirements

• Typically 8 or more years of product design experience.
• Track record of owning a product domain, defining problems, and building systems used by other designers.
• Strong visual craft across typography, spacing, colour, motion, and micro-interactions.
• Experience with accessibility, user research, usability testing, validation, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Ability to write clear UX content for a regulated market and communicate design decisions precisely.
• Portfolio required, showing problem solving, commercial impact, design-system contribution, craft, and use of AI in the workflow.
