What you will do

• Review alerts within the transaction monitoring system to identify suspicious activity.
• Escalate high-risk cases to the regulatory compliance team.
• Process alerts and cases timely to consistently meet defined SLAs.
• Adhere to productivity and quality standards and achieve team KPIs.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities for the Transaction Monitoring team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a transaction monitoring function.
• Experience within the banking, fintech, or finance industry.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple business units and management levels.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
