ASO Manager (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Develop and implement ASO strategies for game projects.
• Collect and optimize semantic cores, improve conversions, and grow organic traffic and reach.
• Develop and A/B test metadata and creative concepts, including descriptions, icons, screenshots, and videos across localizations.
• Analyze ASO performance and iteratively improve experiments based on results.
• Conduct competitive analysis, manage reviews and ratings, and work with app stores on features and promotions.
• Maintain reporting and collaborate with creative, production, user acquisition, and analytics teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar ASO role in game development.
• Knowledge of App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and analytics systems, including relevant tools and KPIs.
• Experience with Custom Product Pages.
• Experience formulating experiment hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and validating results.
• Intermediate English or higher, strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Understanding of App Store and Google Play search algorithms and a results-oriented mindset.
