Finance Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the European Region; hybrid workplace with fully remote work from almost anywhere, optional offices, and relocation support

What you will do

• Own the P&L for a dedicated business unit and monitor revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, analyze performance against plans, and identify revenue enhancement and cost optimization opportunities.
• Monitor daily and long-term liquidity, forecast cash inflows and outflows, and collaborate with Treasury and Operations on cash utilization.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze variances, cost allocation, expense trends, ROI, margins, and profitability of business initiatives.
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior management and support audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partner roles.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial statements.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, liquidity, and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
