Finance Control Intern (Banking)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid workhirify.global. Durhirify.global the internship, enrollment at a Dutch university is mandatory, or at an EU university for EU passport holders.

Internship allowance: €700 based on a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Support monthly and quarterly analysis of balance-sheet and profit-and-loss movements.
• Assist with financial controls, reconciliations, completeness checks, and control evidence.
• Collect, validate, and document financial data.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate follow-up actions with Finance stakeholders and prepare status updates.
• Complete an internship research project or professional assignment linked to a financial control challenge.

Requirements

• Enrollment at a Dutch university, or at an EU university for EU passport holders, is mandatory durhirify.global the internship.
• Currently pursuhirify.global a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounthirify.global, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in financial reporthirify.global and controls.
• Proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint and data-analysis tools are beneficial.
• Detail-oriented, structured, communicative, proactive, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good English is required.
