What you will do

• Manage residential project development through community planning and land development.
• Coordinate with government municipalities on conditions, permitting, and approvals.
• Manage lot sizing and product design with engineers and other consultants.
• Maintain development budgets and schedules through bidding and purchasing administration.
• Participate in construction observation under direction.
• Supervise, train, and direct two or more employees while addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements

• Experience managing land and residential development projects.
• Ability to coordinate planning, design, permitting, budgets, schedules, bidding, and purchasing activities.
• Ability to work with government municipalities, engineers, consultants, and construction teams.
• Supervisory capability, including assigning work, training employees, and resolving problems.
