Associate, Channel Marketing

What you will do

• Lead marketing support for top-tier Global Client Group events across planning, execution, and post-event activities.
• Support network, industry, and speaking opportunities for the EMEA Global Client Group.
• Coordinate sponsorships, branding, event collateral, and stakeholder activities with the EMEA Channel Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with Creative, Client Communications, Events, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver event assets and channel initiatives.
• Set up and maintain event projects in the approved workflow management system, including planning, tracking, and dashboard views.
• Report event metrics through internal dashboards and CRM, present updates at weekly EMEA sales meetings, and support ad-hoc business projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, journalism, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience supporting corporate or industry events, conferences, or marketing programs.
• Experience with end-to-end event planning, project management, and relationship building with stakeholders and vendors.
• Previous experience in a corporate marketing team, preferably within financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and solve problems amid change and ambiguity.
• Proactive, collaborative team player who is open to feedback and takes initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience using a workflow management tool such as Jira.
