TL;DR
Media Buyer FB (iGaming): Managing and optimizing Facebook retargeting campaigns across multiple GEOs with an accent on performance marketing, audience segmentation, tracking, and campaign scaling. Focus on analyzing CPA FTD, C2I, I2R, ROAS, and LTV, testing conversion-funnel hypotheses, and improving creative and campaign efficiency.
Location: Remote or on-site in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, or Yerevan

What you will do
- Manage and optimize Facebook retargeting campaigns to achieve target KPIs and scale high-performing setups.
- Analyze CPA FTD, C2I, I2R, ROAS, and LTV metrics to make data-driven campaign decisions.
- Develop and test hypotheses involving audiences, segments, creatives, and conversion funnels.
- Prepare creative briefs, evaluate creative performance, and contribute to creative strategy.
- Work with user segments, Meta Pixel, custom conversions, and retargeting audiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming with Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong performance marketing background and experience with retargeting, pixels, audiences, and Meta auction mechanics.
- Experience with pixel events, CAPI, postbacks, tracking tools, and multiple GEOs and market tiers.
- Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with analysts, designers, and technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in gambling, betting, agency advertising accounts, cloaking, pre-landing pages, PWA, or WebView applications.
- Familiarity with Keitaro, AppsFlyer, Adjust, GA4, or GTM.
- Experience with A/B testing, statistical significance, creative collaboration, and simultaneous campaign scaling across multiple GEOs.
