What you will do
- Define the strategy for the Taiwan Search and Discovery stack and direct execution against the product vision.
- Lead the development of ML-based search experiences and guide complex cross-team technical programs.
- Hire and develop Product Managers and Product Analysts with expertise in ML-based systems.
- Review product metrics, improve performance visibility, and optimize the Search and Discovery portfolio.
- Partner with stakeholders, managers, and engineering teams to develop solutions for business problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in ML product management, including product vision, development, delivery, and execution.
- Experience with Search and Discovery customer experiences or the ML stack.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work in a global, fast-paced, data-driven, cross-functional environment.
- Proven business judgment, communication, and influencing skills, including executive-level reviews.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on tactical execution.
