Technical Program Manager, Cloud

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; primarily in-office at the Prague office

What you will do

• Define and lead program execution strategies for FlashArray, FlashBlade, and hybrid cloud releases across AWS and Azure.
• Build and manage multi-stream engineering roadmaps throughout the software and product development lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication, status transparency, and dependency tracking across engineering, product management, infrastructure, and executive teams.
• Manage infrastructure CapEx allocation, budget tracking, resource planning, QBRs, and annual planning milestones.
• Identify technical bottlenecks, critical-path dependencies, and cross-team impediments, then establish resolution frameworks.
• Introduce scalable methodologies, automation tools, and program management frameworks to improve time to market.

Requirements

• Mastery of technical program management for complex, multi-component engineering programs involving software, hardware, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to create structure, drive execution in ambiguous environments, resolve complex dependencies, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives across the full software or product development lifecycle.
• Deep technical understanding of distributed systems and the ability to triage technical risks and facilitate detailed engineering discussions.
• Exceptional cross-functional influence, consensus-building, executive communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work primarily from the Prague office in accordance with company policy.
