Senior Analytics Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead hands-on dbt and Snowflake modernization initiatives for GTM business intelligence.
• Build semantic and metrics layers for pipeline, forecasting, quota, attainment, and seller performance.
• Design and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines, orchestration workflows, and reusable business-facing datasets.
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing, observability, lineage, and data quality frameworks.
• Ingest and transform API and GTM systems data into curated canonical datasets.
• Partner with BI analysts, Revenue Operations, Systems, and backend engineering teams to build scalable data products and AI-enabled workflow automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Snowflake, modern ELT practices, dbt, orchestration workflows, and scalable data modeling.
• Experience implementing CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and data quality frameworks.
• Strong understanding of semantic modeling, metrics layers, governed metrics, and reusable analytics datasets.
• Experience applying AI to workflow automation, operational efficiency, or business intelligence use cases.
• Ability to influence technical direction while remaining hands-on, with strong communication across technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with GTM, Sales, Revenue Operations, or forecasting analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Anaplan, Workday, Tableau, or modern BI platforms.
• Experience with analytics engineering modernization, self-service analytics, semantic layers, conversational analytics, or AI copilots.
• Experience migrating legacy SQL or ETL frameworks to dbt-based transformation workflows.
