Senior Litigation and E-Discovery Services Analyst (AI)

Salary: $56.00–$74.00 per hour ($116,480.00–$153,920.00 annually), based on geographic location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Support litigation attorneys, eDiscovery attorneys, project managers, and legal teams throughout the lifecycle of matters, from case inception through trial.
• Design, maintain, and administer litigation databases and applications for document review, production, and analysis using Relativity/RelOne, CSDisco, and other industry-standard tools.
• Plan and execute document indexing, keyword searches, review protocols, testing, sampling, and production workflows.
• Use AI-enabled e-discovery technologies, including Technology Assisted Review, active learning, generative AI tools, and advanced analytics.
• Validate AI outputs, apply quality control procedures, and manage privilege, confidentiality, and redaction designations.
• Provide technical support, training, documentation, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and backup support to LEDS colleagues across offices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in litigation and eDiscovery services, including administration of litigation review database applications.
• Thorough understanding of relational databases, litigation support software, information technology, desktop and network operating systems.
• Experience with litigation preparedness and response, electronic discovery, data analytics, information management, and related legal ramifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, iManage, firm applications, standard computer equipment, and business application systems.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and provide strong project management and analytical support.
• Availability to work overtime and travel as required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in a law firm or vendor environment.
• RCA certification.
