What you will do

  • Design and implement digital subsystems for complex mixed-signal ICs, including CPU-based architectures, finite-state machines, interconnects, and peripherals.
  • Define digital architectures and contribute to system-level design decisions and trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with analog design teams to define interfaces and integrate mixed-signal components.
  • Debug RTL and verification issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
  • Support block-level and chip-level verification, lab validation, product qualification, and production readiness.
  • Improve design methodologies, tools, and overall design quality in collaboration with Validation, Test, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital IC design, preferably in mixed-signal environments.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend-to-backend digital IC development flow, timing closure, and low-power design techniques.
  • Experience with MCU-based architectures such as ARM, RISC-V, or STM32 and digital microarchitecture.
  • Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL, plus scripting with Python, Tcl, or Perl.
  • Experience with industry-standard EDA tools and verification methodologies such as UVM, OVM, or formal verification.

Nice to have

  • Experience with wireless communication systems such as BLE or IEEE 802.15.4.
  • Knowledge of transceiver architectures, modulation, demodulation, and signal processing.
  • Experience with cryptographic block design, FPGA design, or FPGA-based system validation.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development tools.
  • Understanding of embedded firmware, analog interaction, and system-level modelling.
