Senior Manager, Field Applications Engineering (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Provide marketing and technical solutions to semiconductor manufacturers, OEMs, and material suppliers.
• Support prototypes and derivative liquid filtration and purification products in established and new applications.
• Promote mature products for defect reduction and improved customer yield in fab applications.
• Develop technical mechanisms and product solutions for fabs and chemical suppliers.
• Coordinate customer meetings and cross-functional collaboration with account management, applications, quality engineering, business units, and product management.
• Support new business development, market share analysis, documentation, performance reporting, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with semiconductor engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in specialty WEC, Photo Track, CMP, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including Wet Etch Clean, photolithography, and CMP-related defect reduction and yield improvement.
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluent English required for conversation, oral presentations, and written reports.
• Ability to adapt to customer needs and collaborate with individuals across functions and organizational levels.
