What you will do

• Design, manage, and improve high-performance options trading strategies.
• Research and implement new volatility trading strategies.
• Analyze existing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Apply statistical methods to identify trading opportunities.
• Design and improve frameworks for options portfolio risk management.
• Improve options pricing and volatility fitting.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience trading options at an APAC automated options market-making desk.
• Degree in science, mathematics, engineering, or another quantitative field, with a strong academic background.
• Solid understanding of APAC options, pricing, and dynamic risks.
• Experience with automated options market making across indices, futures, or equities.
• Strong programming skills and experience using Jupyter notebooks.
• Exceptional quantitative, mathematical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working on an automated options market-making desk in APAC markets.
