What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day activity and risk of the options book.
• Develop and improve trading strategies through analysis, prototyping, and collaboration with developers.
• Design and implement new trading strategies and help establish new products.
• Analyze trading behavior and support other books in achieving their objectives.
• Trade a variety of instruments as part of the expanding Chicago trading desk.
• Maintain compliance with applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

• Prior experience trading options.
• Proven track record of P&L and market-share performance.
• Strong understanding of trading systems.
• Outstanding numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Familiarity with automated options trading strategies and interest in their development.
• Ability to take significant responsibility in an expanding proprietary trading firm.
