M&A Integration Manager

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel; hybrid work with regular overlap with North American EST hours, flexibility for early mornings or evenings, and travel as needed.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integration plans aligned with M&A deal objectives from signing through post-close.
• Coordinate Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, People, and other functional workstreams.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and synergy progress while escalating issues and supporting resolution.
• Drive alignment and accountability across EMEA, APAC, and North American stakeholders.
• Prepare trackers, analyses, executive updates, and materials for senior leadership.
• Develop repeatable integration tools, templates, and processes.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in M&A integration.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and functional teams while managing parallel priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, organization, execution, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365, including building tracking models and structured executive materials.
• Fluent English and native Hebrew are required.
• Ability to work from the Tel Aviv-Yafo hybrid setup and regularly overlap with North American EST hours.
