Sr Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering and product teams.
• Develop technical roadmaps aligned with business priorities and guide initiatives from ideation through launch.
• Manage program planning, execution, dependencies, risks, metrics, and KPIs.
• Partner with engineers and architects on scalability, reliability, platform evolution, and technical feasibility.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, risks, and data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Improve program governance, execution consistency, platform cost-efficiency, and delivery practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven success delivering cross-functional programs with complex dependencies and risks.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, SaaS solutions, and modern software architectures.
• Ability to influence and align teams across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical and organizational challenges proactively.
