What you will do
- Lead strategic investment projects supporting the future of manufacturing.
- Manage complex projects independently from start to finish.
- Combine technology, organization, communication, and leadership across project activities.
- Work within the process engineering team while maintaining autonomy in project delivery.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex projects in manufacturing, automation, or technical environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Systemic and analytical thinking with sound practical judgment.
- Czech language required.
- English required for project communication.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or agile management.
