Value Stream Planner / Industrial Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Oversee, optimize, and stabilize value streams from raw-material logistics through finished robotic systems.
• Analyze production and work processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable improvements using lean methods.
• Design material, information, and data flows, including time studies, layout analyses, and stable production standards.
• Support product and process approvals during ramp-up, technical changes, and the introduction of automated manufacturing systems.
• Drive digitalization and IT processes such as MES and production data analysis.
• Coordinate manufacturing documentation and change management for FMEA, BOMs, control plans, and work instructions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
• Several years of experience applying lean methods, value stream analysis, and value stream design in high-volume production of mechatronic products.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing technology and industrial engineering methods.
• Hands-on, structured, analytical, solution-oriented approach with the ability to implement change.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary projects.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Nice to have

• REFA or MTM certification.
