Lead Data Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer 📈

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex data transformations
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT, data orchestration, and data warehousing/lakehouse solutions
• Experience with Airflow, dbt, Spark, and streaming technologies such as Kafka or Kinesis
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics-ready datasets
• Experience working with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data solutions
• Experience with data quality, metadata, and scalable data pipelines
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work with US overlap

Nice to have:
• Data governance, lineage, or metadata management
• Experience with cross-domain data such as customer, product, or transaction data
• Financial services or other data-intensive industry experience
• Experience with data platform migration or evolution toward Databricks
• Dimensional modeling, data marts, and reusable datasets
• Airflow / Cloud Composer
