Digital Copywriter (Crypto)

What you will do

• Create clear, user-friendly Help Center articles and knowledge base entries that translate complex product logic into actionable guidance.
• Develop campaign messaging and persuasive copy for websites, system communications, email campaigns, and UX/UI experiences.
• Edit existing content to maintain consistency with marketing strategy, tone, positioning, editorial standards, and UI guidelines.
• Partner with Product Managers and Project Managers to create messaging for everyday users and experienced traders.
• Collaborate with UX designers, marketers, and subject-matter experts to deliver cohesive, on-brand content.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in copywriting, journalism, UX writing, or a related content role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• Strong technical writing skills, especially for Help Center and knowledge base content.
• Chinese language proficiency is required, including the ability to understand Chinese PRDs and communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Ability to integrate AI workflows into daily work and optimize content delivery.
• Product-oriented approach, strong project and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver independently under tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or traditional finance.
• Experience using GenAI tools in writing and content development workflows.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic or brand-building concepts across multiple platforms.
• At least 2 years of agency or equivalent creative-industry experience across digital, social, and long-form content.
