Content Operator (AI)

Location: New York, on-site

Compensation: $200,000–$232,000 total cash annually, including a $160,000–$185,000 base salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Turn closed deals and client outcomes into case studies, testimonials, and written, visual, and video stories.
• Own each story from concept and interview preparation through final delivery.
• Source and direct videographers, photographers, and other creative partners while managing briefs, production plans, captions, graphics, and final cuts.
• Own blog and website credibility content, including case-study pages, tombstones, team content, and company updates.
• Build AI-native workflows for researching, organizing, drafting, adapting, and repurposing content across channels.
• Identify and develop new organic content formats and channels for reaching business owners.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of content creation experience in a marketing, editorial, agency, or startup setting.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong writing and range, including at least one video, customer story, or case study taken from concept to finished asset.
• Strong storytelling judgment and the ability to make complex subjects clear, human, and memorable.
• Hands-on experience building AI prompt systems, skills, or workflows that materially increase content output.
• Experience creating content for SMB owners and owner-operators, ideally in trades, healthcare practices, industrials, or other Main Street sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in New York.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial services or M&A.
• Experience testing, launching, or growing an organic content format or channel.
• Experience quickly mastering unfamiliar technical subjects.
