Senior Graphic Designer

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Design across brand, digital, packaging, and retail or in-store touchpoints.
• Develop multiple conceptual directions for each brief and present the rationale behind design decisions.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead to strengthen concepts before finalization.
• Maintain visual and typographic consistency across formats and channels.
• Switch quickly between projects, incorporate feedback, and identify issues and opportunities proactively.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of graphic design experience, ideally across brand, digital, and packaging.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop more than one effective design direction.
• Excellent typography, layout, and attention to detail.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to work quickly, switch contexts, handle ambiguity, and anticipate project needs.
• On-site availability in Irvine, California, United States is required.

• Experience presenting concepts to creative leadership or clients.
• Familiarity with digital, packaging, or retail production constraints.
