(Sr.) Applied AI DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Build and maintain robust backend services, CI/CD workflows, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps practices.
• Automate repetitive operational work and support application developers with staging and production deployments.
• Ensure the performance, availability, reliability, and high SLA of servers, services, and microservices in the SaaS environment.
• Implement monitoring, health checks, metrics, reporting, and performance improvements.
• Apply AI-native development tools and workflows throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in on-call rotations to triage and resolve customer-reported issues and service incidents.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience designing and implementing software with Java, Python, or Bash.
• At least two years of cloud computing experience, preferably with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, including Terraform or Serverless, and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience testing and managing high-availability environments, including regular disaster recovery testing.
• Experience with cloud monitoring, performance monitoring, profiling, load testing, and performance management tools.
• Experience with at least one CI/CD tool such as GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions; good English communication skills are required.

• Knowledge of secure coding and cloud compliance practices, including PCI, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
