Binance Accelerator Program - AI & Platform Product Manager (AI/Web3): Supporting user feedback management, product issue coordination, data analysis, Web-side product tasks, and AI-related projects with an accent on cross-functional execution and user experience. Location: Hong Kong; work-from-home arrangement, which may vary depending on the business team's work.

What you will do
- Collect, organize, track, and prioritize user feedback from customers, support teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate product issues with Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Customer Support teams through resolution.
- Support daily product operations, including requirement organization, issue tracking, and process optimization.
- Clean, organize, report, and analyze basic data to support product improvements and operational decisions.
- Assist with Web-side product tasks such as pop-up configuration, minor UI adjustments, and page maintenance.
- Support AI-related projects through requirement coordination, workflow follow-up, and feedback collection.
Requirements
- Current Bachelor's or Master's student or recent graduate with a strong interest in internet products, product operations, or user experience.
- Strong problem-solving, execution, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Basic data handling and analytical skills, including data organization, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, AI tools, or AI-related projects is relevant to the role.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin communication is required.
- Availability to work 3–5 days per week for at least 6 months is required.
Nice to have
- Previous internship experience in product, product operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI projects or AI tools.
