Salary: Starting at $17.80 per hour; final pay is determined by experience and equity.

What you will do
- Audit Patient Access calls, accounts, work queues, and account edits for compliance and consistency with policies and procedures.
- Monitor the quality audit tool and process, ensuring accurate records, scoring, and system documentation.
- Identify quality trends and recommend training and coaching needs to Patient Access leadership.
- Prepare individual performance reports and accurate monthly quality scorecards.
- Collaborate with leadership on policy and procedure updates, scorecard changes, and routine associate calibrations.
- Conduct ad hoc audits and contribute to the development and implementation of improved quality procedures and programs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant job experience.
- Knowledge of Patient Access Services, related technology, applications, systems, and processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification or another approved job-relevant certification.
