What you will do

• Provide first-level customer support for digital identity and anti-fraud software.
• Investigate customer problems and identify their root causes.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide available resolutions.
• Escalate complex problems to product specialists when necessary.
• Keep customers updated on troubleshooting progress in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with information security software and in customer support.
• Basic understanding of mobile technologies, operating systems, and cloud computing.
• Working knowledge of C/C++, Java, and REST.
• Strong social skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of strong authentication, digital signatures, access control, mobile security, or related information security fields.
