What you will do

• Assess models, assemblies, and manufacturing methods for production-release risks, including TRL and MRL considerations.
• Support component design according to manufacturing constraints, engineering standards, and drawings.
• Define, implement, train, and validate AI-based manufacturability checks using Colab AI Software.
• Develop rule sets for standards compliance and automated engineering reviews, validating AI-generated outputs for reliability and quality.
• Support AI workflow implementation in Siemens Teamcenter X and Siemens NX while analyzing engineering data to improve model performance.
• Create, maintain, and optimize SAP routings and manufacturing process data, contributing to a five-day release lead-time target.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and digital engineering applications.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Practical CAD experience with SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or similar software.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Good English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD standards such as DIN, EN, or ISO.
• Experience with Python, data analytics, or artificial intelligence.
