Sr UX Content Designer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; required onsite onboarding training and quarterly onsite onboarding sessions.

Annual salary: $100,000–$129,500, plus eligibility for performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Design clear, concise, accessible, and human-centered content for web and mobile marketplace experiences.
• Create product descriptions, educational materials, value propositions, and decision-support content for complex healthcare and financial products.
• Shape content across discovery, search, comparison, onboarding, checkout, notifications, account management, and post-purchase journeys.
• Audit digital experiences and improve clarity, consistency, accessibility, customer confidence, engagement, and conversion.
• Develop content standards, terminology systems, voice and tone guidelines, reusable patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with design, product, research, marketing, legal, and business teams while using research, analytics, experimentation, and AI-assisted tools to optimize content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy for customer-facing digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating measurable impact.
• Experience with e-commerce, digital marketplaces, telehealth, affiliate marketing, healthcare, fintech, or other consumer-focused digital experiences.
• Excellent writing, editing, content design, and information architecture skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience designing content across end-to-end customer journeys involving discovery, decision-making, conversion, onboarding, and long-term engagement.
• Experience using customer research, analytics, experimentation, behavioral science, accessibility practices, and AI-assisted content creation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
