Sr. DevOps Engineer - ARA (Azure)

What you will do

• Support and optimize application infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across multiple SaaS environments.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Azure and other platforms, supporting the transition from IaaS to PaaS and serverless services.
• Configure, maintain, and automate system administration, deployments, auditing, security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
• Identify operating system, virtual hardware, networking, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Guide critical projects, solve complex technical problems, and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Establish operational excellence KPIs and improve deployment and reliability processes.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience managing and optimizing CI/CD for Azure-based SaaS applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, scripting in PowerShell or Bash, Terraform, and version control systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, web servers such as IIS or Tomcat, networking, and security principles.
• Experience working in an Agile software development lifecycle and fast-paced technical environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure networking, including VNETs, NSGs, route tables, hub-and-spoke architecture, and private endpoints.
• Knowledge of Azure PaaS services, including Web Apps, Function Apps, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Redis Cache, Service Bus, API Management, Data Factory, and Databricks.
• Experience with monitoring tools, containers or Docker, Git, ARM, Ansible, Azure CLI, JavaScript, React, C#, or Java.
