Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid. Must be based in Ireland.

What you will do
- Lead the integration of acquired UK and EU entities, including talent, systems, teams, and organizational cultures.
- Oversee European Product, Growth, Partners, and Commercial functions.
- Lead change-of-control, re-authorisation, licensing, and regulatory processes with European regulators and advisors.
- Scale European operations supporting fiat transfers, card spending, cross-border collections, payouts, and payment accounts.
- Manage financial partnerships and optimize commercial pricing for European operational flows.
- Scale the user base, drive adoption of Business, and launch Business and Private in Europe.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a senior executive role such as General Manager, Managing Director, or VP Growth.
- Experience at a high-growth fintech, neobank, or crypto payments platform.
- Direct experience with the Central Bank of Ireland on licence applications, supervisory visits, or PCF role approvals.
- Experience leading European licence applications or post-licensing supervision.
- Proven post-merger integration, restructuring, and team-unification experience.
- Deep knowledge of B2B payment flows, cross-border settlements, global IBANs, batch payouts, debit cards, and P2P transfers.
