Integral Chief Architect (Insurance Technology)

What you will do

• Define and own the architecture strategy and technical roadmap for the Assure Integral product suite.
• Align Integral with the cloud-native Assure platform and AWS standards.
• Lead architecture decisions for modernization, scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive integration with the Assure platform, ServiceNow Smart Apps, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership across cloud, data, AI, and enterprise integration initiatives.
• Establish architecture governance and mentor a team of 5–10 architects and senior developers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software, solution, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong experience with insurance administration or insurance technology platforms.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
• Expertise in cloud architecture, application modernization, enterprise integration, and architecture governance.
• Technical skills in Java, AWS Cloud, React, Angular or AngularJS, Linux, COBOL, and API and integration architecture.
• Experience leading technical teams.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• Experience with insurance processing integrations such as payments, general ledger, and document management systems.
• Prior experience with DXC Assure Integral or similar insurance platforms.
