Client Solutions Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Wollongong, 280 Keira Street; hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisers.
• Provide information and support on superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions.
• Resolve client enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to meet performance targets and service standards.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional client service.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information, systems, and processes.
• Availability for a rotating Monday–Friday roster between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Available to start in late September 2026.
