T Hub - Data Architect (Microsoft Fabric)

hirify.global is developing a unified data platform to support Seamless Network Integration and IoT network aggregation across its own and partner MNO networks.

What you will do

• Design the target Microsoft Fabric architecture, including Lakehouse, Pipelines, Notebooks, Direct Lake, and the Semantic Layer.
• Migrate approximately 50 TB of legacy Oracle and SAP SIM data into Microsoft Fabric while managing cost, performance, and data residency.
• Build scalable Oracle, CSV, and CDC ingestion pipelines and adaptors for external Connectivity Management Platforms.
• Structure high-volume SIM and network data using Medallion Architecture, Delta Lake, and Star Schema models.
• Deliver internal and partner-portal analytics through Power BI Apps and Embedded patterns.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams on implementation and CI/CD setup.

Requirements

• Deep technical experience with the Azure Data Stack, including Databricks, Synapse, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong Python and PySpark skills, with experience in large-scale extraction and migration from Oracle databases, batch or CDC sources, and flat files.
• Knowledge of Medallion Architecture, Delta Lake, and dimensional modeling with Star Schemas.
• Experience with Entra ID, Keycloak or OAuth2, Azure Key Vault, Azure networking, Data Gateways, and Private Endpoints.
• Experience implementing granular data security with RLS and OLS, Fabric Git integration, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or Fabric Eventstream for real-time streaming.
• Background in data governance with Microsoft Purview, CMP integrations, or SAP BODS replacement.
• DP-600, DP-203, or AZ-305 certification.
