What you will do

• Plan, engineer, and coordinate RPG platform expansions, presales requests, change requests, and new features.
• Manage the lifecycle of RPG infrastructure, including servers, switches, services, firmware, capacity, and inventory documentation.
• Configure and troubleshoot server hardware, operating systems, routers, and switches.
• Monitor services and alarms and support incident, problem, change, and second-level operational processes.
• Prepare business cases and budget approval requests and support commercial processes in OSS and BSS.
• Develop API-based solutions and data transfers between systems and create or analyze ELK dashboards in BigData environments.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX, cloud computing, virtualization, and networking in cloud environments.
• Understanding of routing, switching, firewall concepts, BGP, and configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment.
• Knowledge of mobile network architecture and signaling, including 3G, LTE, 5G, RADIUS, Diameter, VoLTE, and IMS in roaming scenarios.
• Experience with operational support, incident management, troubleshooting, and software development.
• Knowledge of MQTT use cases and IoT, particularly automotive applications.

• Experience with process automation and the use of LLMs.
