Product Designer

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Barcelona, London, Oslo, Berlin, or Bonn; remote applicants are not considered. Relocation to one of the offices is supported.

What you will do

• Shape digital products from early exploration through launch.
• Understand user and business needs and frame the right problems.
• Design interfaces, prototypes, user flows, interactions, and product systems for complex digital products.
• Work with designers, developers, and clients to explore opportunities, test ideas, and develop clear product concepts.
• Communicate and document design thinking, present work, and explain design decisions.
• Experiment with emerging tools and workflows to improve how products are designed and built.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating carefully crafted product design across multiple platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements, stakeholder goals, and user needs into effective solutions.
• Experience with user flows, interactions, and all phases of the product design process.
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and new AI tools, with curiosity to experiment.
