Senior UI/UX Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

• Lead product design from discovery through delivery, aligning user needs with business goals.
• Translate complex enterprise business processes into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for sophisticated workflows.
• Design end-to-end user journeys for enterprise products and contribute to new product innovations.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to align on design solutions.
• Conduct user research and maintain and evolve a scalable design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end user journeys and impactful designs.
• Experience designing enterprise or B2B SaaS products with complex workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, or similar modern design tools.
• Experience with user research and insight-driven design decisions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using AI tools such as Figma Make, Loveable, or Cursor for design and prototype generation.

Nice to have

• Experience as a lead designer or consultant in a design services company.
