Product Design Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from the Tel Aviv-Yafo office, Israel. Work from anywhere is available for up to 2 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Design and own the UX and UI of client-facing products.
• Prototype, test, and rapidly iterate on product ideas using user, stakeholder, and real-time analytics feedback.
• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to turn product visions into tangible experiences.
• Define reusable design components and maintain a strong design system.
• Mentor designers and raise the quality and consistency of the design team’s work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer, including mentoring designers or raising a team’s design standards.
• Experience designing complex systems or products for multiple audiences.
• Experience owning or significantly shaping a design system.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a real design workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain design quality decisions.
• Clear communication skills for presenting design decisions to product managers and engineers.

• Experience facilitating user interviews and testing sessions.
