What you will do
- Oversee architectural design and maintenance of digital banking cloud infrastructure.
- Lead incident response and own reliability metrics like MTTR.
- Develop and enforce security policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of 7-10 DevOps and SRE professionals.
- Bridge the gap between development, operations, and security teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles within financial services or banking.
- Proven experience managing at least one direct report at the Manager level.
- Deep expertise in DevOps principles, SRE methodologies, and CI/CD optimization.
- Strong command of cloud architecture (GCP, AWS) and microservices.
- Proficiency in container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and middleware/databases (Kafka, Redis, MySQL).
- Must be based in or able to work from Jakarta, Indonesia.
